Welcome to Pain Free Acupuncture Plus relieving pain,  anxiety, headaches, and digestive disorders  with acupuncture, cupping, herbs, bodywork and other healing  therapies.

I treat you the way I want to be treated; with honesty, compassion, clear communication, intelligence, quick results whenever possible and minimal discomfort in the process. I often refer to other practitioners –  medical doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, other acupuncturists and bodyworkers; whomever I think will be of greatest benefit for you.

Pain reduction in 3 treatments which occur within a 2 week timeframe is my normal.  I have been helping people live better quality of life with less pain and anxiety for 30 years. It would be my pleasure to help you. Book a consultation to discover if I am the right practitioner for you.

Clinic is in downtown Auburn with easy access to Cool, Colfax, Foresthill, Greenwood, Newcastle, Loomis and other communities in Placer, El Dorado & Nevada Counties.

Insurance billing: Lisa Goodstein is an “out of network” provider. If you have a PPO with acupuncture coverage, it is possible this office can directly bill your insurance. If you have an HMO, also known as EPO, this office cannot bill. You will always be given a ‘superbill’ after treatment and may submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement or towards your deductible.
