Your body doesn’t experience pain, stress, digestion, sleep and emotional concerns as separate problems. They all influence each other. My approach is to consider these connections. Treatment is individualized to you – not simply to diagnosis a symptom.

Acupuncture is at the center of my practice, but it is not the only tool I use. Depending on what you need, treatments may incorporate cupping, gua sha, myofascial techniques, manual therapies, Chinese herbal Medicine, and other complementary approaches.

Lisa Goodstein is a California state licensed Acupuncturist and Nationally Certified Diplomate in Oriental Medicine, dedicated to helping people heal on multiple  levels. Lisa completed a four year Asian Medicine program, and has also studied extensively with master herbalists, indigenous healers, PTSD treatment therapists and multiple styles of bodywork including osteopathic manipulation, and myofascial release.
